You deserve a therapist who has first hand experience, professionally and personally, in the things that make you… you.
I received my Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University, where I provided mental healthcare services to queer and immigrant communities. Today I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and I provide coaching to people anywhere.
At its core, my practice is guided by my experience as a queer Iranian artist, daughter, sister, cousin, lover, and friend. My sessions are led with compassion, laughter, and freedom of expression. My priority is to create a shameless space for you to expand your support, explore your values, and find your voice.
My journey as a therapist & coach began while I was a college-campus Sex and Relationship Educator. I quickly learned that I wanted to pursue a career where I could build long term relationships with my clients. That way, we have the time & space to process your past, explore your present, and plan your future… so you can live the life of your dreams.
